Teaching
Barrett is a dedicated music teacher and holds his Associate to the Trinity College of London (ATCL) and is currently studying for a teaching diploma a Licentiate to the Royal Academy of Music (LRAM). He started his teaching days in Christchurch over a decade ago, since then he has had many private pupils in both brass and piano and has continued teaching since living in London. He has held Itinerant Brass positions at St. Marks School, the Onslow Youth Brass Band and at Christs College, Christchurch
